The ModemPops Toolbar is a powerful tool that lets a user search the web in different ways from any webpage. The toolbar takes just a few seconds to download, and gets seamlessly integrated with any browser.

Key features of the Toolbar include an Advance Search feature, a Pop-up Protector and Privacy Manager.

Advanced Search

The Advanced Search feature comprises an inbuilt list of 12 search engines to choose from. Google is the default choice, others being Yahoo, AltaVista, Lycos and others. Since the toolbar gets integrated with user's browser, it means a user can search instantly from any webpage.

Autofill

With Autofill users can automatically and quickly fill online forms with a single click. Users can store their contact details, credit card details, and mail accounts log-in information in the Autofill and on reaching an online form, they can click on the Autofill tab to instantly fill the form with stored information. Users can also store their username and password for multiple identities corresponding to thier email accounts and simply click on the related identity to automatically enter email username and password for quick log in.

Pop-up Protector

Using the smart-filtering technology, the Pop-up Protector efficiently blocks pop-up and pop-under ads. User can block all pop-ups or modify settings to discriminate between desired and undesired pop-ups. The Pop-up Protection feature can be activated or deactivated with just one click on the toolbar. On the toolbar, a counter shows the number of pop-ups blocked by the toolbar.

Privacy Manager

Modem Pops Toolbar also includes the Privacy Manager. Privacy manager allows the user to erase not only the information stored during surfing i.e. history of websites viewed, cookies, list of favorites, forms and passwords, but it also allows one to erase the information in other folders i.e. recent documents list, recycle bin, windows temporary folder, and more. User can set it to automatically clean up the system at scheduled time intervals to maintain a consistently secure surfing environment.
